This home provided a relaxing center for our vacation. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredible! Overall, this home left nothing to be desired. It is perfectly located so walking to the beach or the pool is a breeze! In addition, the Vacasa staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.

The house was stunning and impeccably decorated, with state of the art kitchen appliances that were a dream to use. The bedrooms were cozy and inviting, each featuring its own luxurious en-suite bathroom. The community was exceptional, safe, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. I absolutely loved the prime location!

Life long Texan, first trip to Port A. The home was great, the whole property was great. It was cooler this week so the kids loved the heated pool. Beach was also a hit. Definitely plan on returning in the future.

This house and resort surpassed my expectations! Beautifully decorated home, spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space for us to gather and eat, 5 minute walk to pool, 10 minute walk to beach and even quicker golf cart ride to each. There was construction behind us and we were never bothered by it. On the second day, we noticed aunts in one of the bedrooms and on the kitchen window sill. We contacted guest services and they immediately sent staff over to lay out ant traps. After that, we didn’t have any issues. We were very impressed with the friendliness and communication of the Guest Services staff. Overall, we had a great family vacation and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a nice stay and Casitaville was a great location and the perfect house for our beach vacation! Many items were provided and we really appreciated the well stocked kitchen. While the house itself was great, we had issues getting Vacasa to attend to an ant problem we had the entire time. We reported it 4 times (both in person and on the phone) and it was never addressed. Every person staying in the house was bit at least once- including children while asleep in their bed. We are from South Texas and know to not leave food out, so this was not the problem.

The house was had plenty room for our stay. Loved 🥰 houses whole setup. From bottom to top. I loved that homeowners/staff thought of all the little things you would need on a vacation stay. Anything you needed it had! Don’t think there was one thing it didn’t have. Plenty clean towels, utensils, and toiletries. Again the small things and big, from washer/dryer to comfy cozy furniture. Staff was friendly too at amenities pool and Starbucks! We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful resort with lots to do. We were there for coast but had a great time on the resort itself. Highly recommend! Thank you ☺️ for having us.

Home was clean, beautifully decorated. Make sure to bring your own toiletries and ask if construction is going on nearby before booking. Prepare to go off the grid because the WiFi and cellular service are lacking.

We ran away for a long weekend getaway before the holidays and the house was perfect. The location was fantastic for a quick walk to the pool and cart ride made it easy to the beach. We had everything we needed from comfortable beds (which is rare for my husband to say they are comfortable), space to relax, towels for the pool and beach. We had small recommendations of little things but nothing major for what we were looking to do.

Wow. The homes here are stunning and this house was exactly like the pictures show. This is a dream beach house with amazing resort amenities. My girlfriends and I spent the weekend doing water activities in the ocean and spent lots of time at the pool (with swim up bar!) that is located on the resort property. I am definitely planning on coming back! Full disclosure, obviously the resort at this time is expanding and so there are some more beautiful buildings going up but honestly you don’t even notice the construction and any building going on was not disruptive at all and my group did not have any issues. I would highly recommend staying here!

This home was very clean and comfortable and so nicely decorated. The couch and seats in the living area were comfortable for teens and pre-teens to lounge on and the mattresses for us all were good quality too. The community is a bit chaotic with the construction but we never heard the noise while inside. This home had great proximity to the beach and the pools. The lock on the door to the front porch was tricky to get the hang of- this might need to be replaced since the handle shifts through the door but this was the only thing we noticed besides there being no toaster. We plan to come stay again!

We had a great time staying in Casitaville! The home is beautifully & comfortably furnished. Everything you need to enjoy time at the beach is ready for you to have a great vacation with your family &/or friends! It was easy to go between the house, pool & beach area during the day. We stayed in and cooked several nights, but it was close enough to go in to Port A to eat after a day on the beach.. We all look forward to returning soon!

We had such a great time at Casitaville! The home was great. Very clean and well-furnished. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had lots of open shelves for unpacking and storing belongings. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, which is unusual and was so nice. Our kids especially loved the bunk bed room and the games in the cabinet in the living room. If you are traveling with little ones, one of the king bedrooms does have a bathtub. We rented a golf cart from the resort which made it very convenient to travel to the pool and the beach--and for the kids, riding in it was an attraction it itself. The resort staff is so helpful and the food in the restaurants was good. Both pools have bars and food available, just check the times on the food. We reserved beach chairs and umbrellas through guest services -- it was totally worth not having to lug chairs and umbrellas to the beach. We will definitely be back.

We truly enjoyed Casitaville and all it had to offer. The rooms were so nice, beautifully decorated, all rooms were perfect for each one of us, and a fantastic outdoor porch to shake off and remove your sandy shoes, towels, and anything else. If we go back to Port A, this will definitely be our choice! I would recommend getting all your groceries somewhere other than Port A since the one grocery store is very limited. This fully equipped kitchen at Casitaville is great for anyone wanting to make their own meals, which we do, but we were not prepared for what little supplies Port A grocers had to offer. You would have to go into Corpus Christi for more choices or just eat out at the local restaurants. Not to take away from the 5 stars as it deserves it, but there is a lot of home construction going on adjacent, across and within the area so if you are looking for quiet getaway, this is not the place for now due to the many homes going up around the area and a lot of noise even on the weekends. On a good note, the village staff that managed the area are SUPER helpful and very kind. There was a Palm Music Festival going on right next to us over the weekend which we were not aware of as well. They played very loud music all night but we were okay with it since the house was able to insulate to some extent the loud bands all evening long. We will be back for sure!

Casitaville is a stunning home and the perfect place for a family vacation. My husband and I have two teenage kids and my husband's parents joined us too. Everyone had plenty of space and the beach was a blast. Every inch of Casitaville is well-thought through, clean, and beautiful. We loved waking up and making breakfast and then walking two blocks to have lunch or dinner at Black Marlin. I'm already looking to book dates for the summer at Casitaville.
