Sample fresh seafood at the on-site Black Marlin Restaurant and Grill. It’s just a short 5-minute drive to everything in Port Aransas, including shops, fishing, and dining.

This top corner-unit has views of the Gulf and a deck outside with an outdoor table and chairs overlooking the golf course. Inside, an open concept living space is outfitted with tiled floors, a 56” flat-screen TV with soundbar, and a sectional with a queen sleeper sofa. The dining area has a four-seat table, while the kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom has a king bed and a comfortable chair as well as a 56” LG flat-screen TV so you can watch TV in your PJs! The adjoining bathroom is spacious and indulgent, with a soaker tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, 36' TV, and walk-in closet, plus a second bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combination. A stackable washer/dryer set is located in a cupboard.

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services. The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. City/town permit number: 007316 Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Palmilla Beach Resort Fees & Reservation Policies
Resort Fee: A nightly resort fee applies to each accommodation and helps support resort amenities and services, including resort pools, fitness center access, beach access, and Wi-Fi. The fee varies by unit size and season.
Booking Fee: A booking fee applies to each reservation and supports reservation services and the booking experience. The fee is 9% for stays from November 1 through February 28 and 12% for stays from March 1 through October 31.
Cleaning Fee: A one-time cleaning fee applies to each reservation to cover standard departure cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for the next guest. Cleaning fees vary by unit size and season.
Property Protection Plan: A mandatory, one-time Property Protection Plan fee applies to each reservation and varies by unit size. The plan covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage during your stay and replaces a traditional refundable security deposit. The separate refundable pet deposit still applies to pet-friendly reservations.
Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is guaranteed by 4:00 PM. If your accommodation is ready earlier, we’ll be happy to provide access, but early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is by 10:00 AM, allowing our housekeeping team time to clean, inspect, and prepare the accommodation for the next guest. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to check in.
Deposit & Payment Policy: A 10% non-refundable deposit is due at booking, based on the total reservation amount, including accommodations, taxes, applicable fees, and any package items. The remaining 90% balance is due 30 days before arrival and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation Policy: The initial deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled. Once the final balance is collected, the entire reservation is non-refundable.
