As part of the Palmilla Beach Resort and Golf Club, enjoy access to various luxe amenities, including the pool, on-site dining, golf cart included with private beach access just 600 feet away. This is one of the four homes facing the resort-style swimming pool. Venture out to specialty boutiques, galleries, and restaurants in downtown Port Aransas within minutes! Lounge on a brand-new queen-size sleeper sofa and two armchairs around the 75-inch TV with live streaming services including YouTube TV, Hulu, HBO Max, Netflix, Disney Plus. On the third floor, you'll find an office nook and a large balcony with views of the lake and Gulf. Whip up dishes in the well-appointed kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. Enjoy meals at the six-seat dining table, or perch at the kitchen bar for three. Two first-floor bedrooms offer one king and queen over queen bunk with a twin trundle below in the other room, 55-inch TVs, private access to a patio overlooking the pool, and en-suite baths with a walk-in shower. One of the baths can be accessed via the hallway. The second-floor bedroom has a queen over-queen bunk with a twin trundle below, TV, a private balcony, and a guest bath with a walk-in shower. The third-floor master suite features a king bed with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a reading nook, and a TV. Concoct a drink at the wet bar with a wine fridge and enjoy sunsets from the master balcony. The en-suite bath includes a double vanity, a walk-in closet, and a walk-in shower. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are open year-round ( heated during our cooler season) and a designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Head to on-site Black Marlin Bar and Grill for seafood and live music. Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available. Short Term 523651. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. Palmilla Beach Resort Fees & Reservation Policies
Resort Fee: A nightly resort fee applies to each accommodation and helps support resort amenities and services, including resort pools, fitness center access, beach access, and Wi-Fi. The fee varies by unit size and season.
Booking Fee: A booking fee applies to each reservation and supports reservation services and the booking experience. The fee is 9% for stays from November 1 through February 28 and 12% for stays from March 1 through October 31.
Cleaning Fee: A one-time cleaning fee applies to each reservation to cover standard departure cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for the next guest. Cleaning fees vary by unit size and season.
Property Protection Plan: A mandatory, one-time Property Protection Plan fee applies to each reservation and varies by unit size. The plan covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage during your stay and replaces a traditional refundable security deposit. The separate refundable pet deposit still applies to pet-friendly reservations.
Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is guaranteed by 4:00 PM. If your accommodation is ready earlier, we’ll be happy to provide access, but early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is by 10:00 AM, allowing our housekeeping team time to clean, inspect, and prepare the accommodation for the next guest. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to check in.
Deposit & Payment Policy: A 10% non-refundable deposit is due at booking, based on the total reservation amount, including accommodations, taxes, applicable fees, and any package items. The remaining 90% balance is due 30 days before arrival and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation Policy: The initial deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled. Once the final balance is collected, the entire reservation is non-refundable.
